Here is a brief video highlighting the key moments of “Women Leadership Program (WLP 2025) – Breaking the Glass Ceiling”, held at Avari, Lahore on 17-18 April 2025.
It was a pleasure for the South Asian Academy of Management (SAAM) to host this powerful two-day learning experience with an incredible group of women executives. The space created together was thoughtful, open, and full of energy.
Participants from 18 different organizations explored gender and leadership styles with Dr. Jawad Syed, delved into emotional intelligence and inclusive leadership with Dr. Faiza Ali, PhD, and gained valuable insights on legal literacy in the corporate context with Barrister Hamna Zain.
Sessions on gender and negotiation and women’s board representation added rich, practical layers to the learning journey.
Beyond the content, it was the role-plays, group discussions using real-life scenarios, and shared reflections that truly brought the experience to life. It wasn’t just about developing leadership skills—it was about holding space, exchanging perspectives, and building a stronger sense of community and purpose.
