The following members of the South Asian Academy of Management are available to provide expert guidance, coaching, capacity development and consultancy support.

Dr. Syed Zahoor Hassan is Professor Emeritus and former Vice Chancellor of LUMS. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and MS in Engineering Management from Stanford University and has served as Dean of the Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB). A pioneer in management education in Pakistan, he played a key role in establishing SDSB’s global partnerships and AACSB accreditation. His teaching and research focus on strategy, innovation, and technology management. Dr. Zahoor has mentored generations of business leaders and scholars and remains an influential voice in higher education reform, entrepreneurship development, and institutional leadership across South Asia. He has served as a member or chair of Board of several organizations such as Wateen, LESCO, PTCL and numerous other organizations and universities. 

Jawad Syed, Ph.D., FCPHR, is a Professor of Leadership and Organizational Behavior at the Suleman Dawood School of Business (AACSB accredited), Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) since 2016. His areas of interest and expertise include leadership, strategy, organizational behavior, human resource management, family business, diversity, ethics and communication.

Dr. Faiza Ali is an Associate Professor at the Suleman Dawood School of Business (AACSB accredited), Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) since 2016. She also served as the Associate Dean of Research and Scholarship at the same school from 2022 to 2025. Her interests and expertise lie in gender and diversity at work, emotional labour, negotiations, organizational behavior and human resource management.

Dr. Fayyaz Anjum, PhD from Copenhagen Business School, specializes in strategy, communication, corporate social responsibility, and alliances in developing economies. At LUMS, he teaches MBA, BSc, and PhD courses, and directs the MS Business and Public Policy program. With 30+ years of academic and consulting experience, he has led faculty development, revamped the MBA program with experiential learning, and mobilized USAID and Packard Foundation projects. Former Associate Dean at SDSB, he advanced AACSB accreditation, launched the CEOs at LUMS initiative, and has worked across 60 countries and 50 industry clusters. His leadership spans teaching, research, executive training, and institutional strategy.

Atif Rahim Khan, SPHR offers Human Resource Management, Leadership and Management consulting, coaching, mentoring, advising, training and teaching services with more than two decades of experience. He is associated with Stanford University as a Seed Consultant, with the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) as a faculty member and advisor, the Civil Services Academy as visiting faculty member and with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM, USA) as a Judge.

Dr. Waheed Umrani is an Assistant Professor at Sultan Qaboos University, Muscat. He holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Universiti Utara Malaysia (2016) and an MBA in Human Resource Management (2008), from the University of Sindh, Pakistan. His research interests include workplace behaviors and attitudes, leadership, human resource management, and entrepreneurial employee behaviors. He has previously served IBA Karachi and Sukkur IBA University.

Dr. Ramsha Naeem is an Assistant Professor and Head of the MBA Program at the University of Central Punjab, Pakistan. She holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from LUMS. Her research focuses on ethical leadership, diversity faultlines, strategic HRM and the impact of AI on employee behaviors. She has presented at international conferences and published in international peer-reviewed journals, with a strong commitment to ethical leadership and sustainable management in South Asia.

Chaminda Hettiarachchi is a Co-Founder and Director of the FabLanka Foundation, a social enterprise promoting Industry 4.0 and 3D printing for development in Sri Lanka. An educator, he serves as a visiting and adjunct professor for MBA programs at the University of Colombo and India’s Dayananda Sagar University. He holds a B.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Peradeniya, two MBAs (from LUMS, Pakistan and Esslingen University, Germany), and is an alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School and the Fletcher School. A pioneer in popularizing digital technology in Sri Lanka since 2005, his research focuses on Industry 4.0, Digital Transformation, and Sustainable Development Goals.
